To ensure smooth deliveries, orders for each time slot must be placed at least 2 hours in advance. Please note that, during periods of high demand, certain delivery slots may occasionally be unavailable. We encourage early booking to avoid disappointment.

• Refund:

At Blue Iris, your satisfaction is our priority. In the rare event that you are dissatisfied with your purchase, we may, depending on the circumstances, offer a refund for the product, a replacement, or an alternative solution such as a different gift of equal value.

Since we work with fresh flowers, the final resolution will be at our discretion to ensure the best possible outcome while maintaining our quality standards.

If a replacement or alternative solution is approved, we will strive to resolve the matter within 1 working day. For refunds, please allow 7-10 working days for the amount to be processed by your bank and reflect in your account.

• Changes & Cancellations:

If you need to Cancel or Change your order, please contact us via Email or Whatsapp as soon as possible. We can accommodate Changes or Cancellations if your order has not yet gone into production, and refunds will be processed where applicable.

For orders already Out for delivery, we will make every effort to stop the delivery. However, as our arrangements are made with Fresh, Delicate flowers We are unable to offer refunds once the product has left our care, ensuring the quality and vulnerability of our blooms remain uncompromised.
